This session is intended to introduce SEL relay users to basic overcurrent testing using Omicron’s CMC relay test set family.  The presentation will include typical current, voltage, trip/close, and 52A connections between the relay and test set as well overcurrent test routine setup via Omicron’s Test Universe software.  Attendees may be able to participate hands-on after the presentation as time and equipment availability allows. Existing Omicron users are encouraged to bring their own test set, SEL overcurrent relay (351, 751, 551, etc), laptop, and any accessories to ask questions and work along with the presenter.
