3 P.M. – This session will be a very basic discussion of common Billing, Customer Service, Power Quality, and Metering Equipment issues encountered during normal operations at an electrical utility. Methods for utilizing an Automated Metering Infrastructure's data to identify and resolve these issues in a timely or even proactive manner will be the primary focus of the discussion.
